Shoot days are usually booked 4–6 weeks out. If you’re on a tighter timeline, say so on the form — we hold a couple of slots for rush work each month.
Yes. We’re based in South Florida and travel for campaign and editorial work. Travel and location costs are scoped into the proposal up front.
A brief, any brand references, and product or samples if it’s a product shoot. We handle crew, gear, set and the rest. We’ll send a short checklist after the call.
A 50% deposit books the date; the balance is due on delivery. Everything is fixed in the written quote before you commit.
